            Possible Scenario's
            • Cheops is unable to create PDF files due to word errors


            Troubleshooting
            1. Repair CHEOPS installation
            2. Check Office Versions are 32bit
            3. Verify only 1 version of office installed: ie Microsoft Office 365 ProPlus
