To assist with the Wi-Fi issue we need the unique Physical Address of the client device's Wi-Fi adaptor which can be found following the steps below:
Once you have located the Physical Address please provide it so we can investogate..
Windows Computers
- Click Start or click in the search box and type Network Status and select Open
- Under Network Status select Properties

Scroll down, The Physical address (MAC): is listed at the bottom
Apple Computers
- Open the Apple Menu and select System Preferences
- Open Network
- Select the Wi-Fi Network then select Advanced...

On the WIFI tab the MAC address is listed as Wi-Fi Address at the bottom of the window
