Email Signature is not added to email sent from mobile device

In Outlook on Mobile, the default signature will be replaced with the Corporate Email signature AFTER the email is sent. For this reason, you will not see the Signature on emails in your Sent Items folder. 


NOTE: The system will only replace default signatures so if you have previously customised your Email signature on your phone you will need to reset this to default.


Default Email signatures that are replaced are:


  • Sent from my iPhone
  • Get Outlook for iOS
  • Sent from my Android


If you are unsure then you can always set your Mobile Device email signature to: {EMAILSIGNATURE}
